'60's AIWA TP-40 Portable Reel To Reel Tape Recorder Player with Microphone; Tested & Working. I have a video, but not the option to upload it here. There are signs of wear to case - light scuffs / scratches / discoloration, & could use a bit of cleaning. The battery compartment is in good shape. Uses 2 C batteries, & a 9 volt battery, not included. I didn’t test microphone or on “record” only because the recording on the reel to reel tape is like a step back in time & I didn’t want to record over it. (I think it’s somebody practicing promotional advertisement?). The tape is included. The microphone could use a cleaning. Volume works, a bit staticky & “underwater” sounding at moments. Reverse, play, fast forward works. This is an awesome find!I consider pictures to be part of the description.
