The hip measurement is mostly free, as the bodice is what holds the dress up. I added hooks to hook the dress to the tabbard just so that my legs would not show, but you don't actually need to use them and could therefore theoretically have this fit any hip/leg size.BICEP SIZE: I need to fix them so I WILL TAILOR IT TO YOU!
