Filters of coarse and fine particulate matter and provided prefiltration for subsequent filters.Media consists of non-woven glass microfiber, mini-pleated for high-capacity, non-off gassing separators. Efficiency is rated at ≥ 55% at ≥ 0.3 microns (EN 779 class F8). Covers a surface area of 30 sq.ft. (2.8 m²). Average filter life is 18 months (based on average daily usage of 10h on speed 3).This replacement unit contains one Pre-filter element with ASHRAE 85% high accumulation media, 55% efficiency at .3 microns, and 25 sq ft area. This IQAir Pre-Filter element is for use with the IQAir HealthPro units. These pre filters have a filter life of 6-18 months. IQAir has partnered with the American Lung Association in an educational campaign designed to generate awareness and educate the public about effective measures to improve indoor air quality.
